Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

    They were right! If you’re looking for a luggage locker in Paris, this was a great choice. The location was excellent, and we could easily take Metro Line 14 directly to Orly Airport. It also felt very safe. The only downside was that we couldn’t choose our locker. My suitcase weighed 25 kg, and we were assigned a locker on the top row, which made it very difficult to lift. The door did not open with the provided code and there was no bell to ask for assistance, only a number that did not answer immediately but to which it was necessary to leave a message.     I used the lockers for storing my luggages for multiple days. This was really economical for me as the locker size was accurate for my needs and as described in their website. I had the flexibility to access the lockers multiple times in a day without incurring any additional costs. It was real value for money as the lockers were charged not on the basis of number of bags.
