I always book my locker at CityLocker Paris! Works perfect. Even last week. When I had to stay longer in Paris, cause the trains were not going due to a bomb they found near Gare du Nord. I quickly booked a locker, so I didn’t need to bring my luggage back into an extra day in the city. Great experience! We used a locker 2 times, on arrival and departure of our stay. Easy access near the Gare du Nord station, easy to use, the spaces are large and secure. On our return, we had a problem closing the locker. We called the number and left a message. We were called back very quickly and kindly, and the problem was easily solved: another locker was assigned to us within minutes.
