W 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm are the dimensions of a rented locker (or W 19 x H 24 x D 33 inches). This dimension can contain up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format. The IATA baggage size is 55 x 35 x 20 cm (or 21.5 x 13.5 x 7.5 inches). Please make sure that your baggage(s) will fit in this locker. Otherwise, we invite you to rent additional lockers for your other luggage.



Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est
Our left-luggage office at Gare du Nord (or North Station or North Trainstation) or left-luggage office at Gare l'Est (or Est Station or Est Trainstation) is located at the exit of each of the two stations, a 1-minute walk away. You can freely access your luggage locker, at no additional cost, as many times as you wish, throughout the rental period, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 7 days a week.
This dedicated shop in Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est offers 45 luggage lockers to accommodate your suitcases, bags, backpacks and other personal effects. Our luggage lockers, as well as the shop, are cleaned and disinfected frequently. You are fully autonomous in booking and managing your locker.
Luggage storage reservation
You can book luggage storage on our website quickly and securely. We offer several payment solutions, and sliding scale rates with discounts, when you book several days.
Each locker has an individual code, independent of the code for the front door of the shops, for increased security.
Secure luggage lockers
The shop of our luggage lockers is equipped with video surveillance cameras, which monitor your personal effects 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your personal effects are covered by insurance.

Are the lockers cleaned regularly?
Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.
What are you opening hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.
How can I book my locker?
You can book your locker only via our website www.citylocker.paris.
Is there any delay to respect for booking?
You can book online 24/24 - 7/7. You must book as soon as possible to be sure to get a locker.
Is my booking a 24 hours booking?
No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.
What are the prices ?
The daily price is €12.00 or €15.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.
For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.
What is the size of the locker?

The size is:
- Feet: 1.57 x 2 x 2.79
- Inches : 18 x 24 x 33.46
- Centimers : 48 x 61 x 85
This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.5 x 13.5 x 7.5 inches).
Be sure to check the size of your luggage before booking. There will be no refund.
Is there a maximum weight?
Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.
Can I get a refund for my reservation if I have COVID-19?
We remind you that the fact of having contracted COVID (or any other disease) does not constitute a reason for reimbursement, in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale.
Can I get a refund for my reservation or postpone my reservation to a later date?
As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.
Are my luggage covered by an insurance?
They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.
This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.
The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.
When do I receive my code to enter city-locker and to open my locker?
The codes are sent to you by email and text message (SMS) when your booking is confirmed.
The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).
For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.
When can I collect my luggage?
You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.

The locker wouldnt open with the code, so we couldnt use the service. There were 4 other people waiting inside who aklso couldnt access their locker. One guy was o0n the phone to the help line phone nummber, but there was nobody picking up the phone to help

Sorry you have had a problem in using our service.
No problem has been reported by you or other people that day and we have check in our system and it reports that the locker has been open at 12:50:56 the 1rst time and 12:51:15 the second time
May be you just do not pull the door?
Further more no message has been left on our hotline mentioning any problem. When you call the hotline it asks you in 3 languages to leave a message in case of emergency so that we can call you back. Could it be you have not called the right number?
And finally we have check the phone number given by you and didn't find any call; have you used another tel number?
Please get in touch with our custumer's service so that we can face this problem and of course refund you if we considered it is a technical problem
