In the heart of the oldest district of Paris, our luggage storage is located 5 min walk from the Cathedral Notre Dame de Paris, from the ile de la Cité and the ile Saint Louis, from the Institut du Monde Arabe, 10 min walk from the festive and trendy districts of the Marais, the very chic district of Saint Germain des Prés and the garden of Luxembourg, the Senate and the Pantheon.

Our luggage storage will allow you to walk around and fully enjoy this historic district of Paris by leaving your luggage safely.

Our luggage storage facilities are under video surveillance 24/7 and under alarm. A personal daily code for each locker is assigned to each client.

The disinfection of our luggage lockers is carried out several times a week by our cleaning teams.

A hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is available in each of our luggage storage rooms.

Total freedom since you can access your luggage locker whenever you want between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.

We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.

You can book your locker only via our website www.citylocker.paris.

You can book online 24/24 - 7/7. You must book as soon as possible to be sure to get a locker.

No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.

The daily price is €12.00 or €15.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.

(rates subject to variation during exceptional events)


For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.

Size of the luggage lockers

The size is:

  • Centimeters: H.61 x W.48 x D.85
  • Inches: H.24.0 x W.18.9 x D.33.4

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches).


Be sure to check the size of your luggage before booking. There will be no refund.


What can I store in my luggage locker? (215.26KB)

Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.

This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.

The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.

The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).

For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.

You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.
