The IATA baggage size is 55 x 35 x 20 cm (or 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches). Please make sure that your baggage(s) will fit in this locker. 5min walk from Châtelet, Beaubourg and the heart of the Marais. Our luggage storage with its 102 lockers, allows you to enjoy the heart of Paris hands-free.

You will be able to enjoy hands-free the shopping center of Châtelet les Halles with its 150 stores, exhibitions at the Beaubourg center, but also to enjoy the Marais with its historic places, its shops and restaurants... The Marais with its different facets invites you to relax, shop and party.

The luggage lockers will allow you to take advantage of the various museums (Beaubourg, Picasso museum, Carnavalet museum ...) present in the district hands free because for security reasons the museums no 'no longer allow their access with luggage and bags.

No waiting time, easy management thanks to online reservation, you are completely independent because you will receive your personal access codes directly by email.

You can store your luggage and bags and be able to access your locker whenever you want between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Our locker is under video surveillance and alarm 24/7, so our luggage lockers are guaranteed to be always safe.

Your safety is also very important, all our luggage lockers are disinfected and cleaned frequently by our teams and in each locker we provide you with a Hydroalcoholic gel dispenser.

Our hotline remains at your disposal from 8 am to 10 pm 7/7.

Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.

We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.

You can book your locker only via our website www.citylocker.paris.

You can book online 24/24 - 7/7. You must book as soon as possible to be sure to get a locker.

No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.

The daily price is €12.00 or €15.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.

(rates subject to variation during exceptional events)


For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.

Size of the luggage lockers

The size is:

  • Centimeters: H.61 x W.48 x D.85
  • Inches: H.24.0 x W.18.9 x D.33.4

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches).


Be sure to check the size of your luggage before booking. There will be no refund.


What can I store in my luggage locker? (215.26KB)

Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.

This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.

The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.

The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).

For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.

You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.

    Very easy to use, no complaints at all. Users should be aware, however, that this is not a short walking distance from Châtelet (the closest metro is actually Arts et Métiers). As I only had one small bag to store this wasn't a problem, but any users with larger or more cumbersome luggage should definitely map the location and plan accordingly (it would not be easy to walk with many bags from the RER B for example)
