1.Le Bouillon Chartier
With three establishments in Paris spread between Gare de l'Est, Montparnasse and Grands Boulevards, Le Bouillon Chartier is a restaurant serving traditional French dishes from different regions but also wine and desserts.
Created in 1896 by Frédéric and Camille Chartier, formerly called “Le Bouillon” near Grands Boulevards, the restaurant was initially a workshop for manufacturing cartridges and casings for the Chaudun-Dérivière establishments.
The style of this restaurant will delight you in its refined Art Nouveau style space composed in particular of large columns supporting the ceiling, high ceilings with the presence of a mezzanine.

Famous restaurant in the 6th arrondissement, the Alcazar was originally a Jeu de Paume then transformed into a printing house in the 18th century, into a cabaret in the 1970s and finally becoming a brasserie from 1998.
